Ayodhya Judgment- Not against Hindus, not against Muslim, against Justice

The court’s verdict on Ayodhya case has come and based on it there are many comments, counter comments, analysis. Every one is free to express her/his point and so is I. Based of it I am tempted to say that, its not against Hindus, neither against Muslims, even not against peace, harmony and etc. But it’s against Justice which has come out to be on the losing side. And it ought to be in sovereign, secular, socialist, republic cases will be decided on faith and a case of such immense importance like Ayodhya dispute, which has potential of toppling governments it had to be done this way.

I am from a family who has traditionally been supporter or follower to be exact, of a particular belief. And in my family I taught not to argue but to follow. Had I been under influence of my father, who himself is a follower I would be following instead. But that I got the company of few insane people who say that we should argue and try to come to a conclusion on the basis of facts and rational thoughts and not on the basis of any prejudice. How insane they are and have made me so.   

But that’s (me following or arguing to come to conclusion) inconsequential here, the important point is court has said that it’s the faith and belief of people that there ever existed a temple, this place is of immense importance for Hindus, and is birthplace of Ram. So the faith, in a sovereign, secular socialist republic has decided that Ayodhya and the dispute site to be precise is the place where Ram was born.

Now all those who say that there is no living substantial and conclusive evidence of temple are insane and need to be treated. Similarly, those who say that there existed a mosque pre 92 in Ayodhya and that idols of Ram were planted in the mosque on 22^nd -23^{rd Dec}. 1949 night need to understand that it was decided by faith and this is the way it should have been, not on the basis of facts as they say. And faith of majority says that Ram was born in Ayodhya and that too under the central dome of pre-existing mosque. (I guess some one has gone back in time to ascertain this).

For all those who talk of rationality and facts, who may say that, Ram was son of a king and he ought to be born in a palace and not in a temple, or as per prevailing traditions of that part of the country he must have born in Orchha his maternal home. (Tradition is that for delivery of first child mother goes to her father’s home).

So as per the settlement very one gets one third of the land and has a chance to appeal in Supreme Court for bigger share or better judgment. And from now onwards courts of Sovereign, secular, socialist, republic will be deciding on faith, that too of majority and not on factual evidences. India which was earlier said to be an agriculture centric nation will now be a faith centric nation. Those who talk of rationality and facts now need to be taught to follow and not to argue.

Babur who was invader came to rule. Rulers and invaders do not have religion and they never care for it. Invaders have only one religion that is to establish their supremacy by any possible way. And as it is said, ordered to demolish temple and build mosque on them, this in itself is not ascertained unanimously. As I was not present when he was said to be dong so I will have to believe what is written in history books however disputed they may be. 

So from now onwards a sovereign , secular, socialist, republic will follow the principal of invaders, the majority or those in helm of power will have all the right to avenge and thus we will live happily ever after in a sovereign, secular socialist, republic.
